The Imoco Volley Conegliano was founded in 2012 from an idea by the Maschio, Polo, and Garbellotto families who wanted to gift the region with a high-level sports entity, choosing to focus on a sport with pure values like women's volleyball. The bet paid off as evidenced by the surge in audience that has always characterized the seasons played at the Palaverde in Villorba by the yellow-blue "Panthers," capable of attracting over 100 thousand spectators to home games each season, a record that has been absolute in Italian women's volleyball since 2012.

In addition to repeatedly breaking attendance records and selling out the arena, the region has also responded in terms of sponsorships, considering there are now more than 300 commercial partners associating their brand with Imoco Volley, with a significant representation of companies related to the world of wine and Prosecco in particular, the flagship product of Conegliano and the entire province.

But in the recent history of Imoco Volley, victories on the court stand out, the 3 league titles won in 2016 in the final against Piacenza and in 2018 and 2019 in the final against Novara, the Italian Cup won in Florence in 2017, and the Italian Super Cup in 2016, 2018, 2019.

At the European level, Imoco Volley is the vice champion of Europe, having reached the final played at the Palaverde during the 2017 Champions League Final Four organized by the yellow-blue club. In 2018, the Panthers qualified third in the Champions League Final Four played in Bucharest. In 2019, Imoco Volley confirmed its place at the top of European volleyball, becoming vice champion of Europe for the second time at the Champions League Super Finals in Berlin.

The 2019/20 season, despite the stop in March due to the Coronavirus emergency, saw an armored version of Imoco sweep the field in the playing months with victories in the Italian Super Cup, the Italian Cup, and the extraordinary feat of the World Club Championship in China, where the Panthers triumphed after an exciting tournament, placing the yellow-blue on the world's top.

The 2020/21 season started with the victory of the fourth Italian Super Cup, followed by the third Italian Cup won in the final four in Rimini. In April, the fourth league title was won in the playoff final against Novara. The season concluded with the win of the first CEV Champions League at the Super Finals in Verona. For Imoco Volley, the 2021/21 season will go down in history with the achievement of the quadruple (Italian Super Cup, Italian Cup, League Title, and Champions League) with 64 consecutive victories.

It was also the season in which the Panthers scored the maximum points available in the Serie A1 regular season, with 72 points in 24 matches, the first quadruple.

The 2021/22 season started with the victory of the fifth Italian Super Cup against Novara, the historic rival of recent years. In April, the fifth league title was won in the playoff final against Volley Monza.

The 2022/23 season brought Imoco Volley the sixth Italian Super Cup, the fifth consecutive for the Panthers, won against Novara at the Pala Wanny in Florence. In December, the Panthers returned to the top of the world by winning their second World Club Championship against Vakifbank Istanbul in Turkey.
The 22/23 season concluded with the win in the league final in an intense match against Vero Volley Milano, ending with the yellow-blue triumph at the Palaverde after five tight matches, which completes another sweep in national competitions, adding the Italian Cup and Super Cup victories.

Second quadruple in history, Robin de Kruijf leaves as the all-time top scorer (2567 points), with six consecutive league titles in 6 finals played.

In the 2023/24 season, the Panthers' main target was the Champions League, and Santarelli's team completed a flawless run, winning their second European Champion title by defeating Vero Volley Milano in the final in Antalya. The season took on legendary contours with the confirmation of the League Title, the seventh in history (sixth consecutive), after an intense and hard-fought final against Scandicci, followed by victories in the Italian Cup and Super Cup for a poker of successes that confirms the Panthers' pedigree. At the end of the season, a "monument" of yellow-blue history like Robin De Kruijf bid farewell to volleyball, along with other pillars of recent seasons like Kelsey Robinson, Plummer, Gennari, and Squarcini, however, compensated by the arrival of exotic superstars like the phenomenal Brazilian Gabi, the Chinese superstar Zhu Ting, and the emerging Japanese Nanami Seki, making Prosecco DOC Imoco increasingly global!

In the 2024/25 season, the Panthers at the starting line also showcase the Italian gold medalists from the Paris Olympics: the legendary Moki De Gennaro, the giants Sarah Fahr, and Marina Lubian. For the eighth time in history, the sixth in a row, they secure the Super Cup, won in the packed PalaEur in Rome against Numia Vero Volley Milano. In December, the Panthers climb again to the top of the world: in Tianjin, Zhu Ting's return to her homeland causes a crowd frenzy; the yellow-blue color the World Club Championship for the third time in Hangzhou, beating the host team Tianjin in the final. Two months later, the trophy case is reopened to make room for the eighth Italian Cup, this time defeating Vero Volley Milano at the Unipol Forum in Casalecchio di Reno: it's the sixth consecutive, within a streak of nine finals.
