STATEMENTS DANIELE SANTARELLI
“My reconfirmation and the possibility of continuing the journey with this fantastic club fills me with pride and satisfaction. We are doing something indescribable together, I could not have imagined even remotely all this ten years ago, a long journey made up of many steps that have made me grow as a person and as a coach. Also this year, like every year spent here, it left me something special, it was wonderful to lead a group of champions and unique people, a great responsibility, but also a constant stimulus that allowed me to grow. It was a magical season, we hoped to get this result and we knew we had the means to be able to do it, but we never said it out loud, preferring to focus on the work game after game. An almost unique year, difficult to repeat, but I don’t think it’s impossible, also because we have the best crowd on our side, we have always had a lot of enthusiasm, but this year I would say that our fans have surpassed themselves, all this has given us and will give us an incredible boost.
I thank my staff who will be with me next year as well, a series of guys who work hard at a very high pace and with a lot of seriousness and professionalism. I thank them one by one. I am proud to work with these guys with whom we have created a beautiful alchemy and a total communion of intent, together we complement each other and the atmosphere of sharing and serenity that exists in the staff, one of the secrets of our successes, is there for all to see. It will be great to come back next season to work together for new goals. “
