COACH SANTARELLI STATEMENTS
“After the first two matches which were crowds we will play in another extraordinary setting of the public, it will be great to play the third game in front of a full house, I know that we have requests that would have filled two arenas, we can’t wait to experience this show, I am sure that the fans will be our extra strength as always.
The biggest mistake would be to underestimate Milan, we have also seen its quality in this final, and we must remember that it is a team that has played a great final part of the season, they have put everyone in difficulty and played an excellent Champions League, I am sure they will come to the Palaverde to turn the situation around. They arrived at the Scudetto Finals with the desire to prove that they are up to us, we in the first two we interpreted the matches in the best way, but that is already the past, in the playoffs it is mandatory to always look at what awaits us in front of us. For this reason, we must not think about what the opponent will do, but focus exclusively on us and our game, improve where we can and be ready for the possible measures that Milan will adopt, reminding us of their many alternatives and the strengths we know. I expect a very difficult game 3 because they have nothing left to lose and will give their best to reopen the games. For our part, we will need to be aggressive and wait-and-see at the same time, limit mistakes and do even better than what we have produced in race 2.”
