  • At our office at Palaverde (in the back), Tuesdays (WE ARE CLOSED ON 11/19/24) and Thursdays (excluding game days), from 4:30 to 6:30 pm;
  • On the day of the game, starting 90 minutes before the start of the game, at the Palaverde outdoor ticket counters, subject to availability.

USEFUL INFORMATION

  • All tickets are named. If you need to change your name, please fill out the ticket transfer form and give it to the stewards at access control;
  • Complimentary admission for children up to 3 years of age without seat entitlement;
  • The “south curve” sector is unnumbered, so seating is not assigned. All other sectors are numbered instead. To purchase south curve tickets online, select the desired quantity of tickets via the “automatic choice-best seat” menu;
  • A ticket purchased online in the print@home form entitles the holder to direct access without going through the ticket offices;
  • Ticket offices will close at the end of the 1st set. It will not be possible to enter the arena after the ticket offices close;
  • Animals cannot be brought into the arena.
  • Trumpets cannot be introduced.
  • It is not possible to occupy seats in the south corner with jackets/hoodies.
  • The Palaverde opens 90 minutes before the start of the competition.

For press and photo accreditation, the request must be made at least 72 hours before the start of the match at simone.fregonese@imocovolley.it indicating first name, last name, header, badge number.
The granting of accreditation is subject to availability. DISABLED ACCREDITS
Disabled persons with mobility impairments or disability certificate of at least 75 percent are granted one complimentary admission in the dedicated area and an additional complimentary admission for the accompanying person (when provided by the disability certificate).
Accreditation can be requested through the appropriate form available HERE filled out and attaching the medical documentation attesting the disability as well as a photocopy of the ID card. Documentation should be sent to biglietteria@imocovolley.it from 7 days up to 72 hours after the requested competition.

Requests in advance will not be accepted.
The request will be confirmed via e-mail in order of arrival and while seats last.
We remind you that seats reserved for the disabled are limited, so confirmation will be subject to the actual availability of the seat upon receipt of all required documentation.
The accreditations issued will be nominative, personal and non-transferable. TEMPORARY TRANSFER OF SUBSCRIPTIONS TO THIRD PARTIES
