USEFUL INFORMATION
- All tickets are registered to a name. If a name change is needed, complete the form for ticket transfer and hand it to the stewards during access control.
- Free entry for children up to 3 years of age without a reserved seat.
- The “south curve” section is unnumbered, so seats are not assigned. All other sections are numbered. To purchase south curve tickets online, select the desired number of tickets via the “automatic choice-best available seat” menu.
- It is not permitted to reserve seats in the south curve (unnumbered) with jackets/sweaters/bags for other people.
- Tickets purchased online as print@home grant direct access without needing to visit the ticket office.
- Ticket offices will close at the end of the first set. Entry to the arena will not be possible after the ticket offices close.
- Pets are not allowed inside the arena.
- Trumpets are not allowed.
- Palaverde opens 90 minutes before the start of the match.

MEDIA ACCREDITATION (PRESS AND PHOTOGRAPHY)
Requests for press and photography accreditation must be submitted at least 72 hours before the match starts to simone.fregonese@imocovolley.it, including name, surname, media outlet, and ID number.
Accreditation is subject to availability.
DISABLED ACCREDITATION
Individuals with mobility impairments or a certified disability of at least 75% are entitled to free entry in the designated area, along with an additional free entry for an accompanying person (if specified in the disability certificate).
Accreditation can be requested using the form available HERE, completed and accompanied by medical documentation proving the disability and a copy of an ID.
Documentation must be sent to biglietteria@imocovolley.it from 7 days to 72 hours before the requested match. Early requests will not be accepted.
Requests will be confirmed via email on a first-come, first-served basis until spots are filled.
Note that spaces reserved for disabled individuals are limited, and confirmation depends on availability at the time all required documentation is received.
Issued accreditations are nominal, personal, and non-transferable.
TEMPORARY TRANSFER OF SUBSCRIPTION TO THIRD PARTIES
To temporarily transfer your subscription to someone else, you must present the subscription card and the completed temporary transfer request, downloadable HERE, at the Palaverde access control.
TICKET TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES
To transfer your ticket to someone else, you must present the ticket and the completed transfer request, downloadable HERE, at the Palaverde access control.
