The Panthers arrive at the second challenge on the strength of Sunday’s 3-1 victory at the Palaverde in Game-1. The butterflies want to win to postpone the verdicts to the eventual “beautiful” of Game-3 scheduled for Saturday at the Palaverde, if instead Conegliano wins directly detaches the pass for the semifinals. DICHIARAZIONI COACH DANIELE SANTARELLI
“Tomorrow’s will certainly be a more difficult challenge than the first leg because Busto will play at home, he will do everything to sell his skin dearly and keep the series alive. With the friendly crowd they know that they have to take another step compared to when they faced us at the Palaverde, but on Sunday they put us in difficulty and they have all the credentials to worry anyone. We must not underestimate UYBA and we cannot afford to play as we did in the second set, lowering our guard and proving to be submissive in some fundamentals. These are the play-offs, the risks and unknowns arise everywhere and we cannot afford missteps. We respect Busto not only for the current group, but also for its history: it is a historic club used to playing games at a high level, they have a mix of young and experienced players who are well trained. We want to do everything to close the quarter-final here and prepare for the Champions League.”
