JENNA EWERT STATEMENTS

“I’m really excited to become a Panther! I can’t wait to get into the gym, compete alongside amazing players and staff, and be part of a team with such a strong winning culture. I really hope it will be a fun and successful year.

When Conegliano contacted me for the first time, it all seemed surreal. I immediately called my boyfriend and my family: I was very excited, even if nothing had happened yet. Just the idea of having the opportunity to join such a club was incredible.

I also spoke to Madi Bugg to learn more about Prosecco DOC, and she told me that she deeply loved her experience here. He explained to me what to expect from the team and the club, helping me understand how this was a great opportunity. As a player, I’m intense, aggressive and very competitive. I always want to win and get the best out of my teammates. Off the court, though, I’m much calmer, I like to connect with people, laugh and enjoy the experience.

I look forward to contributing to the continued success of this team, working hard and growing in such a high-level environment. I am excited to join a club with a winning culture and to be able to train every day with extraordinary athletes and examples like Asia Wolosz from whom I will be able to learn so much. It is evident that at Prosecco DOC Imoco there is a strong work ethic and I am looking forward to not only being a part of it, but also contributing to the success of the team and the program.

My brother Jordan loved his time playing in the Italian league and knows that I will love him too. He said the fans and people were the friendliest he had ever met in his career. He is happy that I can live this experience and play at such a high level. Hello fans! I’m really excited to meet you and I can’t wait to play for you. I hope we will have an extraordinary year!”
