Rules

The eight qualified teams, matched by ranking at the end of the first round of the Regular Season, play the quarter-finals (Wednesday 9 January – Sunday 13 January 2013) with two-legged matches and a possible play-off set in the event of a tie in the set quotient. The second leg is played at the home of the best-ranked team. The winners of the quarterfinals enter the Final Four. The Final Four is played (Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 March 2013) with the formula of the semifinals, with pairings based on the ranking of the Regular Season standings at the end of the first round, and final 1^/2^ place.
