At the Palaverde it’s time for the Scudetto Finals: the Prosecco DOC A. Carraro Imoco Conegliano, as in 2022, 2023 and 2025, faces the Numia Vero Volley Milano. It is the reference confrontation of Italian volleyball, for two teams that have found themselves contending for the major national and international trophies: the Super Cup in 2023, 2024 and 2025, the Champions League in the 2024 Superfinal, the Club World Cup in the 2024 final, and the Italian Cup in the finals of 2023, 2024, 2025. Tomorrow at the Palaverde Game 1 will be played, the first best-of-five challenge: kick-off at 20.30, the arena has been sold out for more than a week. The Panthers arrive at the last act of Serie A1 Tigotà strong of 1st place in the Regular Season, in the play-offs they beat Busto Arsizio and Novara. Numia, on the other hand, after the 3rd place in the regular season, eliminated Vallefoglia and Scandicci in the post-season. Prosecco DOC plays the tenth Scudetto Final in its history, the eighth in a row. Game 2 will be played on Wednesday 15 April at 20.30 at the Allianz Cloud in Milan, while for Game 3 the appointment is at the Palaverde for Sunday 19 April at 18.
PREVIOUS AND FORMER: It will be the 50th meeting between Conegliano and Milan, the yellow-blues have had the better of 42 times. The middle blocker Anna Danesi, the spikers Emma Cagnin and Khalia Lanier, the opposite Paola Egonu and the libero Eleonora Fersino played at the Palaverde for Prosecco DOC. At Conegliano Nika Daalderop is fresh from the match, she has played in the last two seasons at Vero Volley.

“Finally the time has come to play and enjoy this final between two very strong teams that deserved to fight for the Scudetto on the field. It will be another beautiful series in front of a wonderful audience, for Game 1 we expect a full and fiery Palaverde. Both teams come from a long journey in which they have shown that they are the two favorites. We will be facing a Milan team that will do everything to take home the Scudetto, with many chances to put us in difficulty: they have valuable strikers, a solid wall and a top-level reception and defense line. For our part, we know our strengths and we know that it will be a series that will be decided on the details. I expect a long and balanced final, between two complete teams, with few weaknesses and several alternatives that can make the difference. Every match will be fundamental, the important thing is not to get excited about a victory or get down for a defeat because you have to be ready for a long and uncertain series until the end.
